A few months ago my sweet friend and fellow photographer, Anne Lorys contacted me about doing a little commercial work.
Maryrose Monroe, the creator of the infamous Johnny Loves Rosie in London was looking for a Commercial Photographer to help launch her new product line in the United States.
So here is a little sneak peek of her new product line…
The headbands are GORGEOUS,
and I am in LOVE with her hats…
Which are a calibration of Maryrose & her friend Carol Bolton Hicks designs.

The Art of Spring Retreat with Debbie Murray & Shea Fargoso…
this wonderful mother- daughter duo opened their beautiful restored home,
{which just so happens to be a historic church…}
to a group of artistic woman for a creative weekend
Sarah Keenen prepared each meal, & i have to tell you that her mac & cheese…
DIVINE!
Lesa Dailey taught a paper bird class, which was adorable.
Can’t you just feel the creative energy in this room….

BLING SWAP
each person traded a little bit of information & was to create a decorative box full of amazing treasures!

i actually have been a fan & member of i heart faces community for over a year now,
in fact that is how i first meet my dear sweet friend
Ali Brown {aka:photographer extraordinaire}…
was through the i heart faces forum,
so when i heard that they were hosting there DREAM BIG WORKSHOP here in San Antonio…
I jumped at the chance!
here are a few images of the sweet models that Amy & Angie had ready for us…

i heave to be very honest here when i tell you that i almost let my fear get the best of me, the night before i was afraid that i might be a little out of my league, that i might not fit in because i have only been in photography for such a short time….
but believe me when i say Amy & Angie & all of the instructors were the sweetest! Amy actually sat at our table at lunch & talked to us about our vision, hope & fears about our photography & businesses…
it was an amazing experience!
